Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of administrative-lawful regulation of health care of Ukrainian citizens. The question of status and jurisdiction of the organs that make state policy and management activity in health care of Ukraine is highlighted in this work. The credentials of parliament structures and the government are described in this field. The interpretation of organ of health care is given, the status of Ministry of Health is analyzed as well as local and regional organs of public health, departamental Medical establishments. The problems in this field were discovered.
