Padalka A. Improving the Protection of Labor Rights.

The thesis is devoted to the disclosure of the theoretical and practical problems of improving the protection of labor rights. We study the legal nature of the protection of labor rights, mechanism of regulation of such protection and its elements, concepts and types of public and private forms of protection, and also certain types of labor rights, including civil, administrative law and criminal law. The areas of optimizing the performance of legal regulation of labor rights are identified, including the hierarchy of regulations; improve of law-making; avoid duplication of standards in the subjects of law-making by-laws; permanent monitoring of legislation for the protection of labor rights; gradual elimination of administrative-command transition of law and the transition to social, which matches to the state's social policy. Based on the research specific suggestions and recommendations for improving the protection of labor rights were made.
