Object - biochemical mechanisms of action of hexavalent chromium on erythropoiesis and blood kysentransportnu function , correction caused by Cr (VI) metabolic disorders , ways to improve animal productivity . The goal - to find some links biochemical mechanisms of influence Cr (VI) in the form of potassium dichromate erythropoiesis and erythrocyte metabolism in rabbits and rats by administration in the stomach ( dose, respectively , 5.0 and 3.0 mg / kg body weight) and intranasal ( dose of 1.5 mg / kg ), the possibility of correction of metabolic disorders using biomass yeast Phaffia rhodozyma and drug "E- selenium " corrective effect of "E- selenium " in the performance of young rabbits in the case of oral receipts Cr (VI). Methods: hematological , biochemical ( spectrophotometric ), zootechnical , math and statistics . Novelty : first found in violation of state erythropoiesis pro-oxidant and antioxidant system in erythrocytes of animals (rabbits , white rats) by intranasal receipt Cr (VI). The first time the corrective effect of biomass yeast Phaffia rhodozyma and drug "E- selenium " the activity of antioxidant enzyme systems and energy metabolism in red blood cells under conditions of animal toxicity of hexavalent chromium . For the first time found that the drug "E- selenium " by intramuscular injection of young animals rabbits on the background of K2Cr2O7 eliminates the harmful effects of dichromate anion performance, normalizes the processes of growth and development , improve the chemical composition and meat quality in conditions of revenues Cr (VI ) in animals. Results revealed that the introduction of K2Cr2O7 in the stomach of animals and intranasal method leads to changes in hematological parameters : a decrease in the concentration of hemoglobin and red blood cells , reduction of fractions of old red blood cells and an increase in the proportion of young erythroid cells , reducing the acid resistance of erythrocytes animals to hydrochloric acid. Determined that the administration of potassium dichromate causes inhibition piruvatkinazy , lactate dehydrogenase and glucose-6- phosphate dehydrogenase in erythrocytes of rabbits and rats at different stages of research. It was established that under the daily administration of K2Cr2O7 stomach and intranasal method of activated processes of lipid peroxidation in erythrocytes of animals. Dynamics of enzyme activity of the antioxidant system in erythrocytes of animals accompanied by a controversial change , depending on the animal species and route of administration of toxicants , due to differences in the intensity of absorption dichromate anion in the organs of the digestive tract and the respiratory system. The introduction K2Cr2O7 for 60 days in drinking water inhibits the growth of young rabbits reduces increase in body weight for research time , reduces lethal mass degrades the quality of meat animals , reducing body fat and increasing the relative amount of protein in the stroma of biceps femoris . It is shown the possibility of correction of metabolic disturbances in erythrocytes of animals , the use of biomass yeast Phaffia rhodozyma and drug "E- selenium ." The efficacy of the drug "E- selenium " in order to normalize the metabolic processes and maintaining performance under conditions of receipt Cr (VI) in the body of young rabbits.
