The dissertation research is devoted to consideration of theoretical and practical questions in relation to registration execution in activity of public authorities. It is investigational concepts, principles and subjects of registration-procedural activity. The historical stages of becoming and development of registration execution are considered and also his place in the structure of administrative process. The complex of scientific literature is analyzed in relation to registration execution. Defined structure, stages, maintenance and task of registration execution, outlined legal status of his participants, and also it is investigational legal guarantees of providing of legality, at realization of registration execution. The author was produced by analysis of the main foundations of the registration-procedural activities, certain general, special and specific principles of state registration, and provided their characteristics. Study "registration execution's" concept and proposed by the author's definition this concept.. Suggestions are formulated in relation to the improvement of current legislation that regulates the public relations which arise up in the process of registration-procedural activity.
