The thesis is devoted to the problems of investigative experiment, his tactics and psychology. In this paper, attention is paid to the emergence and historical development of investigative experiment in domestic and modern forensics, the stages of becoming an investigative experiment, as an independent investigative action. Highlights the legal regulation of investigative experiment in reforming the criminal procedure law, the role and place of the investigative experiment the system investigation acts. The paper investigates the issue devoted to preparation for the investigative experiment, planning and tactical risk, the results of investigative experiment and their probative value. We consider prediction research activities and recovery environment, mental state of the person during the investigative experiment, the problems of probability and probability of investigative experiment.
