Yokhna V. Management of enterprise innovation development on the functional and cost basis approach.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical fundamentals and methodological support of innovation development of machine building enterprises. The essence and components of innovation development in its whole type is covered in terms of market opportunities and strategic perspectives of the enterprise; the expediency of integrating functional and cost approaches in the process of innovation development management is grounded. The state, trends and resource support of innovative activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine are characterized within the tasks of their innovation development. Functional strategies of the enterprises on their compliance with the innovation development objectives are described. Scientific and methodological fundamentals of functional and cost management of innovation development at the machine building enterprise are developed, appropriate methodological tools and recommendations for their application are worked out.
