Essay

The dissertation conducted epidemiological research on the incidence of recurrent depressive disorder in Poltava region for the period 1957-2010's peculiarities influence of circannual rhythms and heliogeophysical factors on the incidence of relapse and recurrence of depressive disorders studied specific pathomorphosis recurrent depressive disorders among the population of Poltava region. On the basis of complex study of 130 patients with recurrent depressive disorder who were hospitalized in the Poltava Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital for the period 2009-2011 years, investigated the clinic-psychopathological, pathopsychological and biorhythmological features of these patients. The presence of desynchronization of physiological functions in patients, densities of biorhythmological types on the clinical syndromic variants of depressive disorder. Applications developed by us a comprehensive system of health care measures for recurrent depressive disorders with their pathomorphosis based on hronomedicine, it proved sufficient efficiency, and the highest it has been in the evening circadian biorhythmological types, patients treated with antidepressant circadian's mechanism of action (Agomelatine), allowing consider these patients population cohort for the purpose of this drug as an antidepressant of choice.
