Essay

The present thesis is dedicated to study of effectiveness of postoperative maxillary bone cavities replacement by new osteoplastic material based on amorphous nano-dispersed resorbable calcium hydroxiapatite in hyalurate "Hyaluost" matrix. It was established on the basis of the results of studies conducted, that application of the new osteoplastic "Hyaluost" material accelerates full regeneration of bone tissue, reduces the number of early postoperative in flammatory complications, prevents atrophy of alveolar bone of maxilla in comparison with the patients, whose healing took place under blood clot.
