The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative procedures used in activities of production organizations. A research represents: modern scientific views in relation to the governance, administrative relations in the subject of administrative law and administrative procedures; a place of administrative procedures is disclosed in the system of legal procedures; a definition of administrative procedures and characteristics of their symptoms is given herein.
