The object of research is the process of formation and implementation of economic relations in the sub complex of milk. The purpose of the research is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of economic relations between agricultural and dairy enterprises. The scientific value of the work is to deepen conceptual and methodological provisions of the economic relationship between agricultural and dairy enterprises. The study was conducted using techniques such as abstract and logical, monographic and systematic analysis, regression analysis, and settlement and constructive method of scientific analysis, graphical, groupings, economic-mathematical modelling and cluster analysis. Basic provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. Sphere of use - agricultural and dairy enterprise, government, higher education institutions.
