The dissertation presented a new solution actual scientific tasks to improve methods of determining the characteristics of the soil resistance on the side and under the lower end of piles considering the time factor. Using techniques cyclically-increasing pressures in field studies to determine the allowed values of shear strength in some areas on the lateral surface of piles and their values change over time within the geotechnical elements loess saturated soils of the Odessa region. The principle of the calculation of the limit values of bearing capacity of single pile vertical load on the given set of values of shear resistance on the side surface and the structural strength of the soil, taking into account the time factor.
