Katrosha L. Scientific-methodological support of financial control in the public procurement

In the dissertation were disclosed the economic substance of financial control, systematized its functions, principles, the subject and object of the structure and were delimited the concept of "the financial control" and "public financial control". It was developed approaches to the definition of the public procurement. Also were con-ducted the research of a condition of the operation of public procurement in Ukraine, the necessity of monitoring public procurement as a method of public financial con-trol and proposed methodological approach to the evaluation of its effectiveness. Through applying the method of ideal point, developed scientific and methodi-cal approach to the evaluating the effectiveness of public financial control in public procurement, been improved scientific and methodical approach to the determination of integrated characteristics of the system government procurement, been proposed directions for improvement of government regulation financial control in the public procurement.
