This Manuscript is the result of investigations in the theoretical foundations of modern industrial production and defined as the conceptual foundations of complex organizational and economic support system of industrial production processes based on a combination of process and structured approach to the management of the transition of the national economy on a path of innovation. Adaptation of industrial production to changing conditions of the market is considered together with process of reorganization and restructuration, reengineering and its manufacturing processes, linking with cyclic transition to innovative products. On this basis, improved conceptual approaches to restructuring programs and structuring of industrial production processes on the basis of organizational model. Defined and considered components of organizational economical mechanism of management of modern innovative development of manufacturing processes for industrial company, showing the total process of constructing effective manufacturing process development options of optimization, current control feedback system, building a stable system of internal interaction between participants of production processes. The features innovative component manufacturing processes industry and suggests a methodical approach to their development in present. Developed the tool for organizational and economic activities to efficiency of production processes consisted of the use of functional modeling and the method of calculation and planning regulation of finished products.
