Fedorov M. The Guilt in the Financial Law of Ukraine.

Thesis deals with the complex theoretical and practical problems, caused by the guilt in financial law. Paper analyzes the state of research issues of guilt in law, the concept of guilt as well as its forms in theoretical and financial legal aspects are revealed. Guilt is examined as a precondition of responsibility in financial legal relations. It is determined, that the decision of problems of guilt in financial law is impossible without studying of analogical problems in philosophy and psychology, as well as in the contiguous fields of public (constitutional, administrative, criminal law) and private law (civil and labour law). It is explained by the fact, that the violation of financial legislation can cause an administrative and criminal responsibility and some public financial relations are closely contiguous to private legal relations.
