Yurchenko V. Notary's Administrative and Legal Status in the Conditions of the Reforming of Justice of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the complex study of theoretical and practical problems of the realization of the notary's administrative and legal status. Notary's place in the system of the subjects of administrative law is considered and its peculiarities are determined; procedures, conditions and grounds for getting the legal status of a notary are examined; concept and structure of the notary's administrative and legal status are investigated; regulatory and legal bases for the notary's activity are analyzed; essence of the mechanism of the ensuring of the implementation of notary's administrative and legal status is revealed; forms of the notary's acts in the conditions of the reforming of the Justice of Ukraine are characterized; the place of the administrative procedures of the ensuring of the implementation of notary's administrative and legal status is defined; organizational principles of the notary's activity are found out; the issue of the state control over the notary's activities is examined.
