Pyshna A. Administrative-legal protection of the right to intellectual property in Ukraine.

The thesis focuses on administrative and legal protection of the right to intellectual property in Ukraine. The specific administrative and legal protections of entities are examined; a concept, characteristics and types of intellectual property are defined; entities of administrative-legal protection are defined. The legal principles and procedures of state control over observance of legislation on the right to intellectual property by the State Intellectual Property Service and the police are considered. It is exposed the methods of public control execution in abidance of legislation on intellectual property. The law protection of intellectual property rights in administrative courts is researched. The legal principles of mediation in order to regulate administrative controversies in intellectual property are analyzed.
