Thesis is dedicated to the research of the political discourse of the German politician speeches. The characteristics of the political discourse and the types of the political speeches are defined, the basic concepts are determined. The basic strategies and the tactics of the politicians’ speeches, the combination of the verbal and non-verbal elements of the political speeches and the means of the feedback represents the interpretation of the politician activity by the addressee are researched.
