Theoretically the formation of computer neologisms in the field of information technologies is substantiated by the cognitive nature of linguistic phenomena based on human’s cognitive function. A new concept “cyberblock” as the cyberneologisms grouping is introduced into the scientific circulation. Using the method of conceptual analysis, the general structure of the conceptosphere of cyberblocks is arranged. This conceptoshere is subdivided into cyberblocks integrated within the synonymic (quasisynonymic) and antonymic (quasiantonymic) relations.
