The macroeconomic forecasting issues of the development of banking sector are studied in Ukraine as well its role has been determined in the management system of banking. The macroeconomic forecasting of banking sector both with state and private capital is conducted. The recommendations for directions in macroeconomic forecasting improvement in the banking sector are formed based on the applied simulative model and the scenario-based approach.
