Essay

The influence of regulatory policy for the development of business subjects in separate legal organizational forms and agricultural sectors are revealed. It is concluded that under the inappropriate level of formation of agricultural market infrastructure and monopolization procurement the price of products is not performing regulatory functions. The effectiveness of regulatory policy instruments decreased due to price distortions. Methods of regulatory policy improvement are grounded.
