Essay

The thesis presents the results of a comprehensive study of clinical psychopathology and psychological characteristics of 105 patients at the hip, requiring hip replacement. Established that (66,7±4,6) % of patients being prepared for surgery, with clinical signs of marginal mental disorders neurotic case. Defined psychosomatic and somatopsychic features of the interaction of personality and disease in the patients studied. The criteria of diagnosis and correction des adaptive behavior and assessed their effectiveness. Proved positive impact on the treatment of reduction psychopathology, a significant decrease of anxiety and pain intensity.
