Tatarnykova C. The codification of legislation of Ukraine on the information

The thesis is focused on the specific issue of conceptual, doctrinal, strategic, tactical and operational methodology and teaching the theory and practice of law related to the codification of information legislation of Ukraine. The focus is on aspects of the creation of a project of this industry, backbone industries of information law, its sources of public law - the Code of Ukraine on information. Among other things, the thesis was further elaborated provisions for structuring information law institutes in three main parts: general (basic provisions on the tasks of information laws, objects, subjects, content and legal principles for information), especially (is formed by subject, special features of rights, obligations of major subjects): man, citizen, society, state, international community of sovereign state information); special (which is formed on the grounds of types of activities concerning the information). Grounded shortcomings in the division Institute of Information law as a complex field of only two main parts: general and specific . The above provisions are extrapolated to the structure in parts of chapters, sections and chapters in the development of the Code of Ukraine on information.
