Nikanorova Y. Suicidal behavior in patients with anxious disorders (clinical-psychopathological characteristics and principles of prevention)

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of psychopathological and pathopsychological regularities of a suicidal behavior formation in patients with anxious disorders and development of the system for prevention. The investigation of clinical-psychopathological and pathopsychological regularities of a suicidal behavior formation in patients with anxious disorders has become as a basis of development of the system for prevention based on principles of a systematizing, differentiating, and phasing. A combination of pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions with a simultaneous influence on psychopathological and pathopsychological targets determined a high efficacy of the system developed. This allows us to recommend it for a wide implementation in mental health care for patients with anxious disorders.
