The economic essence of the enterprise competitiveness is analyzed and its components for the enterprises of metallurgical industry are identified. The influence mechanisms of the currency panic and agiotage on the metallurgical enterprises competitiveness. The impact of exchange rates and factors of their formation on the metallurgical enterprises competitiveness is estimated. The system of exchange rate factors is improved and their impact on the metallurgical enterprises competitiveness is estimated. The methods of competitiveness management in unstable currency environment are determined.
