Tsvihun T. The mechanism of the risk management at the industrial enterprise.

The thesis is dedicated to the development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations on the mechanism of risk management formation at engineering enterprises. The preconditions of the risk management formation and functioning at the enterprise are determined. The existing structure of the mechanism with the allocation of the subsystem support, which combines documentary - legal, personnel, informational, analytical, organizational and financial support, are formed, and with other elements of the mechanism, will facilitate the achieving of this goal. The procedures of the qualitative analysis and quantitative risk assessments had been improved by the clarifying of the definition of the risk in the economy and signs of enterprise risks systematization. It was suggested to fulfill the risk assessments, highlighting the losses and benefits, which are taken into account in the curve risk plotting, which will help to improve the objectivity of this process at the enterprise. The practical use of the insurance and self-insurance, as the perspective methods of the risk management, was grounded.
