Gridin O. Administrative and legal status of the Security Service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the consideration of administrative and legal status of the Security Service of Ukraine. The stages of formation and development of a special law enforcement agency in Ukraine, as well as the development of modern legal institution. The theoretical and practical problems of the Security Service of Ukraine. The author of the legal concept of work of the Security Service of Ukraine which consists of constitutional, legislative, regulation and international acts. Based on the analysis of scientific and theoretical sources and existing regulations that define the legal status of the Security Service of Ukraine and their officials made practical suggestions for improving the legal regulation of administrative and legal status of the institution and suggested some ways to further improve legislation on national security.
