Essay

The thesis is devoted to establish of the structure evolution regularities, physical-chemical state changes and properties of the surface of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy during of the thermal and severe plastic deformation effects in the chemically active and neutral environments. It is established that at the pulsed laser irradiation, both on air, and in the inert gas atmosphere is a self-organization of the surface topography of Ti6Al-4V alloy to formation of the micro-and nanoscaled laser-induced surface structures. The mechanisms of the mechanochemical synthesis of the oxide coating and nitride compounds on the Тi-6Al-4V alloy surface were suggested after of the ultrasonic impact treatment at the air and in the liquid nitrogen environment.
