Davlianidze Y. Innovative Mechanism of Production Indicators of the Industrial Enterprise

The dissertation deals with solving the crucial scientific practical task of concerning the formation of the innovative intensification mechanism for the industrial enterprise production factors on the basis of balancing their structure in order to provide the efficient use of the industrial enterprise's resource portfolio. The processes of intensification of production factors in the context of implementing innovative transformation are the target of the research. Scientific and methodological grounds for the substantiation and use of the intensification of the industrial enterprise production factors on the innovative basis are the scope of the research. The study used methods of feasibility, comparative, dynamic, regression analysis, structural and hierarchical, the method of cluster analysis, Screenwriting-simulation. Theoretical approaches were studied and the assessment of the modern conditions of the innovative enterprise development was made, the necessity of the production factors intensification in the context of the industrial enterprise integrated modernisation was substantiated, the conceptual approach to securing the process of the intensification of industrial enterprise production factors on the innovative basis was developed. The generated analytical base allowed substantiating the conditions of the development and implementation of the target integrated intensification programme for the production factors, specifying diagnostic tools for conducting the integrated analysis of the technical and technological, and organisational conditions of the enterprise activity, conducting the structural and hierarchical analysis of the conditions for defining the areas of priority for the production factors intensification. Within the framework of the recommendatory part of the dissertation the key parameters of the production factors according to the gradation of their influence on innovative processes using clustering procedures were synthesized, the use-case-and-simulation model allowing to assess the changes in the gradation of using the production factors in the innovative context was developed and implemented, the innovative mechanism of implementing the target integrated intensification programme for industrial enterprise production factors was suggested.
