The thesis research is devoted to the investigation of Prokofiev's compositions containing dedication to a particular person in a heading complex. The relevant biographical and historical-cultural contexts are clarified, the circle of those who were as specific "recipients" of Prokofiev's music is defined, and more information about them and the relationship with the composer is found. The frequency of use of Prokofiev dedication during a creative life is characterized.
