Essay

The thesis is intended to provide the development of thermoplastic polymer materials needed, according to the operational safety and environmental tire products, long-term structural properties under static and dynamic compression. The model of emergency support is designed and loading conditions is indicated in compression on standard samples (elastic-tight properties, absorptive capacity and long-term resistance). When compared to typical composite thermosetting tire products (rubber), as the current base is indicated, thermoplastic composite components - polymer matrix and fiber. Established a decisive factor of influence on properties in compression of thermoplastic polymer composites - fiber surface relief, summarizing its interaction with the matrix as a mechanism for combining mechanical and physical connection in contact, whereby proposed means of predicted surface relief of fibrous filler of polymeric nature. Confirmed the ability to set up multiple processing of thermoplastic polymer composite and determined, except for the expected constant density, a significant dependence of the complex properties in compression, which manifests due quantify - change the properties of the polymer matrix, and quality - surface relief of polyfibrous filler. Demonstrated scientific and practical acceptability created thermoplastic polymer composite with polyfiber filler on the example of extralight unpnevmatic emergency support for retrofitting traditional wheel bearing engine, the presence of which provides the safe movement of cargo transport in case of sudden damage to pneumatic tires.
