Object - work of the system "strip raft - cast-in-situ pile in punched hole (CSPPH) - saturated loess soils"; purpose - improving the methodology for determining the settlements of buildings on CSPPH in strip raft in conditions saturated loess soils; methods - static test models of CSPPH in strip raft in the tray, standard laboratory methods for determining the characteristics of soils, geodetic observations for the buildings settlements, mathematical simulation of stress-strain state of the system "strip raft - (CSPPH) - saturated loess soils" using finite element method for planar and spatial tasks and elastic-plastic models of soil; innovation - improved the methodology for determining the settlements of buildings on CSPPH in strip raft by considering heterogeneity seal space between piles; results - improved the methodology for determining the settlements of buildings on CSPPH in strip raft, which takes into account the interaction zones of influence between adjacent piles; industry - construction.
