Revealed economic essence of budgeting in bank activity as the component of financial management system of the bank. It means realisation of complex actions concerning finding reasonable methods of usage financial resources and operating leverages of budgeting regulation with taking into account priority ways development of the bank. Developed methodical approaches to transfer result allocation between bank divisions. They base on complex view concerning investigation of guailitative and quantitive correlations in budgeting mechanism, assesment of bank divisions activity with taking into account principles of defining resources cost. Evolved methodical approaches to calculation of midrate and minimum bid resource placement. Bases concerning finding long-term ways of budgeting' development in bank activity in part of realization process improvement, establishing correlation with risk management policy and orientation on international financial reporting standards were developed. Generalized and systematized the experience of usage of budgeting in bank activity in developed countries. Improved methodological bases of transfer prices calculation in the bank, approaches to selection of budgeting system, framework of its implementation in banking sphere.
