Аndronova V. Legal Facts in the Labour Law of Ukraine.

The dissertation contains a complex scientific-theoretical analysis of legal facts, that are grounds of emergence, alteration and termination of individual and collective labour legal relationships. Functions, features and meaning of legal facts in labour law have been analyzed, their classification carried out. Legal facts that are grounds of emergence, alteration and termination of individual labour relationships have been researched. Grounds of emergence, alteration and termination of collective labour relations have been defined, their legal characteristic provided. Peculiarities of establishment and fixation of legal facts in labour law have been characterized. On the basis if analysis of specialized literature, labour legislation and practice of its application, positive foreign legislative experience, proposals have been made on improvement of normative-legal acts in force and Draft Labour Code of Ukraine concerning emergence, alteration and termination of labour legal relations.
