Object - routing process of load balancing in software-defined telecommunications networks. The purpose - improvement of quality of service in software- defined telecommunications networks for performance, average delays, jitter by improving the models and methods for load balancing routing. Methods - queuing theory, graph theory, optimization techniques (linear and nonlinear programming) teletraffic theory, laboratory experiments and mathematical statistics. Results - improved model of multipath routing with load balancing by the criterion, which connect to coefficient of minimizing the maximum utilization of links. The models of multipath routing with load balancing by the various criteria (length of queues in routers interfaces of telecommunications network, average multipath delays) for software-defined telecommunications networks. A method for adaptive routing with load balancing for software-defined telecommunications networks. It is introduced - into the state budgetary research works № DR 0109U000662, № DR 0111U002627 and the educational process of the Kharkov national university of radio electronics, companies: LLC "Victoria-Feliz", private corporation "Ukrpromobladnannya", Kharkiv Research Institute of Forensic Examinations name of prof.
