Essay

Object - a process of structural and functional synthesis of telecommunication systems (TCS). Purpose - improve the efficiency of the process of structural and functional synthesis of TCS. Methods - machinery of set theory, theory of difference-differential equations, optimal control theory and mathematic programming methods, teletraffic theory. Results - novel dynamic techno-economic models for structural and functional synthesis of TCSs were offered; a novel dynamic model for structural and functional synthesis of both peer-to-peer and overlay virtual private networks was offered; the method for structural and functional synthesis of TKS was improved. It is introduced - in the research scientific work DR 00109U000662; used in learning process in the Kharkiv national university of radio electronics; in justification of design choices in the course of development of Kyivstar JSC telecommunications infrastructure.
