Object - a process of space-time multiple subscriber access to the resources of public channel of mobile and broadband BWN. Purpose - developing a complex of technology solutions for the introduction of space-time access methods in mobile and broadband BWN to save the radio frequency resource and improve the performance. Methods - electrodynamics, systems theory, antenna analysis and synthesis, methods of optimization, probability theory, mathematical statistics, theory of random processes, methods of modulated signals processing and analysis. Results - development of a method to save the radio frequency resource in mobile and broadband BWN by implementation of space-time access; a complex of technology solutions with the introduction of a combined multiple access method taking into account spatial-time parameters and random access method (BEB) in mobile and broadband BWN; improvement of space-time access method by means of active channels detection and assessment algorithms. It is introduced - in the research scientific work DR 00109U000662; used in learning process in the Kharkiv national university of radio electronics; in justification of design choices in the course of development of Kyivstar JSC telecommunications infrastructure.
