Object - process of the transfer of real-time traffic over hybrid network. The purpose - improvement of service quality in hybrid networks that include mobile and fixed component. Methods - communication theory, mathematical statistics, probability theory of random processes, decision theory, nonparametric methods of processing, robust Kalman filter. Results - the method of the previous jitter compensation based on streaming agent using robust procedures for assessing the current delay.
