Essay

The object of study - epoxyurethane vibration absorbing polymer compositions based on epoxy oligomers and oligester of cyclo-cab, amine curing agents and fine-grained mineral fillers; the aim of study - the development of polymer compositions with improved vibration-damping properties based on epoxy oligomers and oligester of cyclo-cab, amine curing agents and fine-grained mineral fillers for products and coating systems of vibration shock protect; the method of research - special methods and apparatus taking into consideration the operating conditions of designed compositions, as well standard methods of physical-mechanical properties analysis; novelty - the first shown the possibility of obtaining the grommet epoxyurethane mastic type material with high damping and adhesive - tensile properties in the presence of a mixture of oligester of cyclo-cab and epoxy oligomers, and fine-grained mineral fillers; installed depending of the temperature range of high elasticity, glass transition temperature, mechanical loss factor, dynamic and static modulus of elasticity ratio epoxyurethane components in filled compositions , the first time installed that epoxyurethane polymers characterized by a high degree of completeness of the curing process at low temperatures; the results of study - designed structures of vibration absorbing compositions of polymer compositions with an increased adhesion strength to metal surfaces and high values of the damping ability for systems of vibration protection; experimental data are given according to efficiency of the developed materials of casting products in systems of vibroprotection and mastic coatings to reduce local vibration; results of researches of viscoelastic, technological and experimental properties of vibration-absorbing polymeric compositions are given; field of use - building, transportation, protection of structures from the effect of vibration.
