Kasynets S. Optimization of treatment patients with rheumatoid arthritis in combination with anxiety and depressive disorders.

The dissertation is devoted to solve scientific and practical problems - optimization of diagnostics and treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis at an early stage (eRA) in combination with anxiety and depressive disorders (ADD). It has been established the significant prevalence ADD among patients with eRA and it has been detected the elevated level of cardiovascular risk. It has been conducted the evaluation of clinical and laboratory parameters and ultrasonic data and it has been detected that they are characterized by a significant deterioration. It has been revealed more changes in the ultrasonic parameters of joints and predictors of progression of erosive arthritis. It has been proved the feasibility of using questionnaires for the diagnosis of ADD among patients with eRA and ultrasonic diagnosis of joints for determination eRA and desease activity. It has been proved the connection in angiotensin II with markers of inflammation. It has been shown that the use of ramipril in the treatment of patients with eRa with ADD leads to a decrease of the articular syndrome and positive dynamics of inflammatory markers.
