SUMMARY Volokhov O.S. Stability improving of M1 category motor cars in unsteady driving conditions. - Manuscript . The thesis for the candidate of technical sciences degree, specialty 05.22.02 - Automobiles and tractors. - National Transport University, Kyiv, 2013. In the thesis it is solved the scientific problem of stability improving of M1category motor cars in unsteady driving conditions by considering parameters of tyres and the car in a whole providing the possibility of their use without deterioration of traffic safety. The mathematical model of the automobile with account interaction longitudinal and cross strength in stain of contact wheels with the support surface is developed. It is obtained a new mathematical form of wheel interaction with supporting surface according to the Fiala model, which has a continuous derivative on a corner withdrawal. This simplifies the task of analyzing the stability variety of stationary states of the motor cars and allows to build a bifurcation set using graphic-analytical method. Experimental researches of M1category motor cars confirmed the adequacy of the developed mathematical model.
