Essay

Object of study - the pension system of Ukraine under the conditions of the pension reform. Purpose of the research - to deepen the theoretical principles and ground the priority lines of development of the state pension insurance under the conditions of reformation of the pension system of Ukraine. Methods - semantic analysis, methods of induction and deduction, empirical knowledge, grouping, comparison, analysis, synthesis, monitoring, graphical analysis, generalization, scientific abstraction, formal and logical methods. Results - theoretical thesis were generalized, practice of the state pension insurance in Ukraine was investigated and recommendations for its improvement were produced. Novelty - exogenous and endogenous factors of reformation of the pension system in countries with market economy and democratic relationships were singled out and systematized; the following was improved: systematization of the functions of the state pension insurance in the context of the current system of regulation of economy; methodological foundations of the development of the state pension insurance under the condition of the pension reform on the basis of application of institutional theory; the following got further development: interpretation of the State Pension Insurance concept; scientific approaches to studying the economic nature of the state pension insurance. Results have been implemented in the activity of Pension Fund of Ukraine, Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region, Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil and also in the learning process of Ternopil National Economic University.
