The thesis is devoted to the development of energy-saving efficiency as part of the food industry. The essence and meaning of theoretical principles of energy conservation in the food industry. The basic theoretical and methodological principles regarding improving the efficiency of energy conservation and energy use factors influencing the profitability of the company. The state energy conservation and impacts on energy saving enterprises in various sectors of the food industry, analysis of the main indicators of energy efficiency for the 2008-2011 bienniums, the classification of energy saving measures in the food industry. The application evaluation system improve the efficiency of the energy saving of the company, develop criteria for energy efficiency, the parameters of pre- assessment activities and potency factors for energy saving. Pre- grounded approach to energy conservation planning in enterprises and identifies measures for its implementation, which enables a system to evaluate the benefits predproektnyh management solutions for the development of energy efficiency programs for the company. Allows you to save significant financial resources, serves previous stage detection reserves of energy savings in the company, by searching for the most appropriate options for the final administrative decision regarding energy efficient design.
