Object of research: the processes of production and sale of sugar beet farms. Objective: To study the theoretical foundations and the development of methodological and organizational recommendations for accounting and control of production and sales beet for information security management of these processes. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, grouping, comparison, specification, monographic, abstract, logical, graphical, simulation, economic and statistical methods.
