The thesis contains theoretical and methodological foundations of development and implementation of strategic planning in the field of children's health in a deterioration of the capital of Child Health in Ukraine. In this dissertation, substantiated the conceptual approaches for defining the nature and scope of economic content of children's health . The thesis calculated integral indices of supply and demand on health services by the indexes of children's health by regions of Ukraine. Grounded the strategic priorities and goals of children's health. Offered an organizational-economic mechanism for implementing the strategy of children's health and gave proofs of a system of indicators for monitoring and evaluation of the achievement of strategic goals.
