Essay

Dissertation is devoted to developing more effective local treatment of chronic odontogenic sinusitis antimicrobials (0.01 % solution miramistin) the appointment before the surgery once inside immunomodulators (levamisole) and after surgery techniques enterosgel. In 93 % of patients with chronic odontogenic, sinusitis at admission to hospital were signs of changes of autonomic nervous system: according to pulsohrammy marked by three main parameters Variable arrhythmias: normotomia (8.3 %), Sympathicotonia (11.7 %), parasympathetic (80 %). A method of treatment that provides a faster normalization of general and local status, elimination (5 patients, 16.6 %) or decrease by 4-5 orders of pathogenic organisms on swabs and rinsing waters of the maxillary sinus (25 patients, 83.4 %), removal of some pathogenic strains of pathogens that contribute to improving the treatment and reduction of its terms. The number of complications when using the proposed method of treatment was significantly decreased from 14.28 % to 6.25 % of cases.
