Luk'yanska O. Formation value of banks of Ukraine

Object: processes of formation cost banks in Ukraine. Objective: developing theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the value of banks and the development of proposals for improving the management of this process in banks of Ukraine. Methods: logic generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, structural, factor, comparative and statistical analysis, graphical and economic modeling. Results: methodical approach to evaluating the impact of the dominant factors on the estimated value of the cost of the bank on the basis of econometric modeling, the definition of "value of the bank", which prompted understood as expressed in monetary terms the value of the material (including the cost of the property complex, capital) and intangible assets including the bank's reputation, at some point in time, which is formed according to the performance risk of the bank and of its development potential, the classification of factors influencing the value of the bank by the isolation of additional marketing component that includes its reputation and competitiveness are improved. Use: in the activity of the Lviv Regional Directorate PJSC "Raiffeisen Bank Aval", Western Main Regional Department of PJSC CB "PrivatBank", PJSC "Folksbank", in the learning process of Lviv Institute of Banking of the University of banking NBU.
