Vialkova V. Information technology of supporting the customs post activity in the conditions of turbulent effects

The object of the research is the process of customs post functioning in the conditions of turbulent effects. The aim of the research is to increase the efficiency and quality of customs procedures in conditions of turbulent effects through the development and introduction of new models, methods and means of support of the customs post. The main scientific results of the thesis are: developed methods for evaluating workload of professional staffing of the customs post in conditions of turbulent effects, methods of evaluation of quality indicators of customs posts, the model and method of designing a rational structure of decision support system for the operational staff of the customs post in conditions of turbulent effects and improved methods of rational choice model of knowledge to implement a knowledge base of decision support system for personnel of the customs post. The study results are introduced in the process of customs post work "Uman" and the study process at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of European University and the Department of International Transportation and Customs Enforcement at the faculty of Transport and Information Technologies of National Transport University.
