Dissertation is devoted to the justification of theoretical and methodological positions and elaborating the practical recommendations for management of mechanical engineering Company using the modern information systems. Categorical - conceptual apparatus was formed of the theory of business management at the stage of development of the information society. The principles, organizational aspects of the implementation and functionality of modern automated information systems were substantiated. A mathematical model for estimating the relationships between financial statements of the company was built. The scientific and methodical approach assessment of system management of mechanical engineering Company in terms of development of automated information systems was developed. The scientific approaches, components, and assess the development potential of information system was formed.
