The theoretical generalization and new solution of the topical scientific task to justify theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the working-out the mechanism of the economic security management of enterprise were given in the dissertation. The conceptual model of the providing process management of the economic security of enterprise was developed. The theoretical and methodical approaches to the assessment of the economic security level of enterprise according to the functional components were improved. The elements of the complex assessment system of the economic security level were worked out and justified. The analytical assessment was carried through and backgrounds of the components formulization of the mechanism of the economic security management of enterprise were justified. The procedure of selection and implementation of the strategy of the economic security management of enterprises was improved. The necessity and efficiency of the adoption of tax planning as a regulatory tool of organizational and economic mechanism of the economic security management of enterprise was proved. The organizational and economic mechanism of the economic security management of enterprise was worked-out for the first time.
