The theoretical framework is developed and scientific and methodological approaches to realization of insurance products are improved in this thesis. The interpretation of the concept "insurance product" and its relation to the concept of "insurance service" is clarified. Types of insurance products are structured. On the basis of the process-oriented approach the system of the insurance products realization is formalized. Channels of insurance products distribution are differentiated. The features of the insurance products realization by domestic insurers are identified. The role of the insurance products realization to ensure the insurance company financial stability is justified. The scientific and methodical approach to complex sales in insurance products and the methodical approach to evaluating of the quality of the insurance products realization are improved. A computer simulation model of the insurance company with the franchise as a means of insurance products sales stimulating is designed.
